Evelyn Caro is a working artist and instructor who focuses her practice on experimentation with acrylics and mixed media techniques. She focuses on creating organic, abstract paintings; as a teacher, she enjoys introducing new techniques and mediums to both the beginner and intermediate painter.

Evelyn studied at the University of Alberta (Edmonton), majoring in painting; furthermore, she possesses many years of working experience in the art supply industry, which nurtured a “hands on” sensibility regarding her use of art materials. Evelyn's formal training coupled with her love of artist supplies makes her a progressive and knowledgeable artist. Currently, she is represented at Studio Todorovic Gallery in Calgary, Alberta.
